all commissions over $250 are WELCOMED TO PAYMENT PLANS, however i dont start the commission until at least half is paid
Concepting fee is 60% of initial price (This includes major changes to your character that may not make it as recognizable to original concept, such as texture, pattern, hair, ect.)
I don't set up the assets in unity for you as it takes up space on my computer (- If you want unity set ups with your Hair, Ears, Tails, Clothing, ect. you will need to pay an extra 50% of the initial price)
larger outfits (such as Wedding dresses, intricate costumes, or something with a TON of pieces) will be an extra 50% on top of original price
